Welcome to
The Latchmere
“Beer lovers will appreciate the well kept ales… The menu is more ambitious than it needs to be with such a captive crowd of thespians and locals. A Scotch egg is encased in black pudding; scallops are seared then served with pancetta and a horseradish gazpacho. Our smiling waitress was on the ball, the service brisk.”
Time Out
The stuff of south London legend, The Latchmere is one of Battersea’s most beautiful public houses complete with garden.
A giant gin balloon takes pride of place on our bar which serves hand-crafted spirits, elegant cocktails, award-winning ales and fine wines.
The menu showcases the best ingredients from across the British Isles. Our meat is from the highest quality suppliers. Our Sunday roasts are free-range, our fish is responsibly sourced and our vegan and vegetarian dishes could convince the staunchest of carnivores.
Our garden spaces include a heated courtyard (which is covered in the winter months), an al fresco snug and a sun terrace – meaning whatever the weather you’ll never want to leave.
The first floor of The Latchmere continues to be home to Theatre503, an Olivier award-winning theatre for over 30 years, with whom we are proud to be associated.
A landmark building on the junction of Latchmere Road and Battersea Bridge Road, The Latchmere lies in the heart of Battersea, a short distance from the river and minutes from Battersea Park.
